Petite Soeur is a pastry company in Washington D.C. specializing in chocolate creations, classic confections, and entremet cakes. Our creations are rooted in french techniques but are inspired by American Classics.
Petite Soeur was created by Pastry Chef Ashleigh Pearson after many years of working in the restaurant industry for chefs such as Robert Wiedmaier at Marcel's and Thomas Keller at Per Se. Between growing up in the Washington area and studying pastry at Le Cordon Bleu Paris there was an opportunity to create a product that spoke to these very specific experiences. Through training, dedication, and lots of tasting, Petite Soeur can finally offer the Washington area a unique tasting experience.
Petite Soeur offers catering for parties and events as well as full service to restaurants and establishments in the D. C. area.
